Agreement to Legal Terms

Pangea Homes LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Pennsylvania, United States, located in Mendenhall, Delaware County, operates this website and related services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Pangea Homes concerning your access to and use of our website and services (the "Services").

By accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Pangea Homes provides Community Participation Support (CPS) and Companion Services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Pennsylvania. Our services focus on Community Integration, Skill Development, Relationship Building, and Independence & Confidence programs.

All services are delivered in compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services regulations and licensing requirements. The information provided through our website and services is intended for use in Pennsylvania only, specifically in Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

HIPAA Compliance: While we implement privacy protections, our website services are not specifically designed to comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. Clients requiring HIPAA-compliant communications should use our direct phone line: (302) 275-9557.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content and Marks

5. Donations and Contributions

Donation Acknowledgment: All donations to Pangea Homes are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. By making a donation through our website or by check, you acknowledge that:

• You are making the donation of your own free will
• You have read and agree to our donation terms and policies
• You understand how your donation will be used
• We may send you acknowledgment and impact reports
• We may recognize your donation publicly unless you request anonymity

Check donations should be made payable to "Pangea Homes LLC" and mailed to our office. We will contact you to confirm receipt and provide a receipt for tax purposes.

AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE: The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

12. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Legal Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Legal Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Legal Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pangea Homes regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
